VERY IMPORTANT!!!
Wrong or accidentally transferred money will NOT be refunded or paid back!
In accordance with Article 339 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the "Order of Payment of Consular Fees" ("Fees for consular services must be paid in advance. The paid fees are credited to the budget. Fees transferred to the account of the diplomatic or consular representation shall not be refunded or paid out")
In this connection, before making a payment, please read carefully and thoroughly the terms and conditions of these or other consular services and check the accuracy of the payee. The documents should then be submitted or sent as soon as you have paid or transferred the fees.
Ladies and Gentlemen, for security reasons and in accordance with applicable regulations and requirements, all applicants should appear at the Consulate in person. This means handing in the documents in person and picking them up personally. In exceptional cases, depending on the applicant's condition, situation and ability, the Embassy may carry out the application procedure by mail. The Embassy does not assume any liability, responsibility or costs for all postal matters!
If the applicant agrees, he/she can submit the documents by mail. When sending documents by mail, one has to allow up to 2-3 days for the postal service. If the application is sent outside of Germany and without postage paid with stamps of the German Post, an additional fee of € 10,00 will be charged. International postal coupons as well as national stamps (e.g. Swiss and Czech) are unfortunately not accepted by Deutsche Post.
The Embassy is not liable for sending by post and bears no responsibility or costs.
IMPORTANT: As it takes an average of 8 days to process the documents after they have been received by the Embassy, you may only start the corresponding inquiries and research after this period has expired (and if it is done by mail, add up to 3 days for the post). Unfortunately, no information is possible until this period has expired!
