Consular Section of the Embassy
The consular district of the Embassy in Berlin includes 10 federal states of the Federal Republic of Germany (Berlin, Brandenburg, Bremen, Hamburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Lower Saxony, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Schleswig-Holstein, Thuringia) as well as the Czech Republic and the Swiss Confederation.
Therefore, persons residing in the above territories should contact the consular section of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Berlin for all consular issues.
Persons residing in other federal states of the Federal Republic of Germany (Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, Hessen, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland, North Rhine-Westphalia) should contact the Consulate General of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Frankfurt am Main for all consular issues (see address and telephone numbers below).
Receiving the citizens by the Consular Section of the Embassy is according to the following schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 09:30 to 12:00 am
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 02:00 to 05:00 pm
from 1:00 to 2:00 pm
Telephone consultations are available from 10:00 am to 06:00 pm daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
On Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, as well as on public holidays, the reception of visitors on consular matters is carried out only by prior arrangement and agreement.

IT'S IMPORTANT!! DEAR APPLICANTS!
1. When contacting by phone, please take into account that in case of consular officer (personal reception or a telephone conversation with another applicant), the system does not give the caller a beep "busy", but misses the call, which is reflected on the monitor, which allows the employee to see that there is another call in line. In this regard, if nobody picks up the phone, it does not mean that nobody is there, but that there is a reception or a conversation with another applicant. Therefore, if you feel that you cannot get through, please make calls at some time until your call is answered.
(Please make calls from identifiable numbers, calls made from undefined numbers will not be accepted by the embassy telephone system).
2. In case of contacting by e-mail, please provide full details of your identity (including name, passport details, address of residence, both in Uzbekistan and in the country of residence, and must be accompanied by a telephone number for further communication), otherwise the letter will be considered spam (virus). Citizens and stateless persons of the Republic of Uzbekistan should write strictly in Uzbek or Russian language when applying by e-mail.
3. Please also take into account that in case of sending documents by mail, the Embassy is not responsible for mailing documents and does not cover the costs arising from this.
