Delegation of Uzbek district and city khokims gains experience in Germany

The Agency for Civil Service Development under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan pays special attention to the professional development of civil servants. 

In cooperation with the Hanns Seidel Foundation and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), the agency organised a regular training trip.

The delegation, consisting of a group of district and city khokims, visited the German state of Bavaria.

The aim of the trip was to familiarise themselves with the German public service and the system of local self-government, attract investment, support small businesses and exchange experiences in the fields of communication and construction.

On the first day of the trip, the delegation members met with Oliver Jörg, Secretary General of the Hanns Seidel Foundation, Christopher Göbel, Mayor of the District of Munich.

The business trip, which serves to exchange knowledge and experience, will be continued.
