Improving customer service for plastic cards

"Uzpromstroybank" pays great attention to the introduction of information technology, in particular, to improvement of customer service systems for plastic cards.

According to the Bank, as of July 1 this year the number of installed terminals has reached 8159 pieces, 7,300 units of which are placed in retail outlets.

In 2014, for the purpose of quality of service in public outlets it was established 3500 additional terminals.

In addition, the bank continues to develop services for plastic cards. As of July 1, 2015 the number of plastic cards issued by the bank amounted to 954700 units.

Within 6 months of the year by means of plastic cards of Uzpromstroybank payments worth 1 trillion soums have been performed.
